Whether you want to improve your all round martial arts skills, develop forMixed Martial Arts (MMA) or ground fighting competitions, increase your core strength, improve your self defence knowledge or just to get some extra training in, then this lesson is for you. We will help you to build your self confidence and develop your skills.

Our instructors are experienced in the 3 main phases of mixed martial arts; kickboxing, grappling and Jiu Jitsu.

Our class is a combination of Jiu Jitsu, Submission Wrestling and other free-style techniques that are relevant within Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), the grappling arena or even just for self defence and building your confidence and core strength.

Our Class is open to all who wish to learn for whatever reason. We train in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where the philosophy is that we all learn and grow together. Classes include fun warm up exercises and stretches, followed by learning techniques and then practicing them in a controlled environment with your training partner or buddy.

Fitness

A study done by the Harvard Medical School found that people who participated in cardio-kickboxing were able to burn upto 888 calories every hour.

Self-Esteem

Kickboxing improves self-esteem because it allows you feel good about yourself in many areas. You are able to improve your body while learning self-defence moves at the same time.
